Our on-site location in Seymour, CT has 25-30 sheds in stock at any given time. You can schedule an appointment or stop by to shop these and other merchandise.

If you don’t see what you like in our store, we can build a custom structure that fits your needs. make an appointment our contact us about your building wish list.

Our Building Options
Delivering Your Structure
When we’re done building your shed or pavilion, we’ll deliver it to your property. With your purchase, you can expect:
- Free Delivery within Connecticut
- Pressure Treated Floors & Joists
Additional services can be purchased. These include:
- Delivering Out-of-State (determined by quote)
- Site Prep for Your Structure
Purchase and Warranties
At the point of purchase, we expect half the agreed balance. This ensures we have what’s needed to complete your project upfront. Once we’ve finished building your project, the other 50% of your balance will be due.
Your purchase will have the following warranties after delivery:
10-Year Warranty
If the craftsmanship falters, we'll make it right
Manufacturer Warranties
If the materials wear out, utilize the manufacturer warranties
